Customer responsibilities

Expert responsibilities

Experts must provide accurate credentials, maintain required professional registrations, protect customer information, clearly state scope and exclusions, and deliver work professionally.

Marketplace rules

Fraud, impersonation, unlawful work, abusive communication and attempts to bypass platform protections are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended while concerns are investigated.
